奶糖熬煮新技術(shù)——臥式真空熬糖機(jī)

有著500公斤/小時(shí)高產(chǎn)量的臥式熬煮機(jī)，是我司生產(chǎn)的一款非常適合奶糖熬煮的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。這款全新設(shè)計(jì)的臥式熬煮機(jī)，在研發(fā)問世的初就得到了諸多來自國內(nèi)外客戶的一致好評。

由于牛奶里富含蛋白質(zhì)，作為原料的奶粉、煉乳及其他相關(guān)乳制品的高溫熬煮就成了一個(gè)非常關(guān)鍵的因素，甚至是決定糖果產(chǎn)品成功與否的決定性因素。
由于乳制品不耐高溫，在120°C以上的高溫熬煮超過5分鐘就會出現(xiàn)焦化，結(jié)垢等現(xiàn)象。
因此熬糖溫度的控制是個(gè)非常關(guān)鍵的因素。而市面上無論是真空薄膜熬糖機(jī)，盤管式真空熬糖機(jī)，還是轉(zhuǎn)子式真空熬糖機(jī)都無法做到真正的低溫（120°C及以下）熬煮。焦化，結(jié)垢的現(xiàn)象一直無法徹底避免。

臥式真空熬糖機(jī)能夠真正實(shí)現(xiàn)低溫熬煮，避免了長時(shí)間加熱導(dǎo)致的乳制品成分焦化，結(jié)垢，蛋白質(zhì)變性，變色等一系列的問題。
每小時(shí)產(chǎn)量高達(dá)500kg，相比其他熬糖設(shè)備，臥式真空熬糖機(jī)對于奶糖和含奶硬糖的熬糖工序有著無可替代的優(yōu)勢。
使用這款高端臥式熬煮機(jī)熬煮出來的奶糖色澤白皙，顏色亮麗，不易變色，從很大程度上保持了糖果的高品質(zhì)特性。

功能介紹：

The horizontal cooker isone complete combined automatic syrup production cooker for various of caramel,toffee and hard candy masses with or without milk, caramelized ornon-caramelized with a capacity of up to 500kgs per hour.

臥式熬煮機(jī)專門適用于熬煮各種焦香糖、太妃糖、硬糖，可含奶或不含奶，可焦香或不焦香的全自動熬煮和濃縮系統(tǒng)。

The horizontal cooker is insisted of below items:

臥式熬煮機(jī)由如下構(gòu)成：

*Stainless steelframe.

 全不銹鋼機(jī)架

*1 set of feed pump

 1套供料泵

*1 set of film cooker（with cylindricalsystem jacketed stainless steel boiling chambers, stainless

steel rotor with Teflon blades, Bearing housings withheavy-duty bearings and mechanical seals.

Motor drive with V-belt transmission mounted in the frameof the Rotor cooker. Steam inlet,

condense outlet as well as steam-regulating valve areprovided. Automatic temperature control.

 1套臥式連續(xù)熬煮鍋(不銹鋼鍋體附蒸汽夾套，鍋內(nèi)附加裝有特氟龍材質(zhì)刮板的不銹鋼制轉(zhuǎn)子。工業(yè)用強(qiáng)負(fù)載

軸承及機(jī)械式油封。轉(zhuǎn)子由皮帶輪馬達(dá)傳動，裝于蒸汽入口端，附件冷凝水出口及節(jié)流閥，以形成溫度自動

控制。

*1 set of vacuum chamber(Thevacuum chamber has a inspection window and lighting. The

vacuum chamber is provided with a level control system toensure constant level in the vessel

preventing color variations. The vacuum vessel has aspecially constructed outlet to

accommodate the extraction pumps for the colors/flavors.

 1套真空鍋（真空鍋附檢視窗口及照明。鍋內(nèi)裝有液位偵測以保持鍋內(nèi)液位之穩(wěn)定，以控制上色的穩(wěn)定性。

*1 set of vacuumsystem（Buyer shall supplychilled water, the vacuum system with open

connection to rotor cooker to ensure full vacuum pressurein rotor cooker as well.）

 1套真空系統(tǒng)（買房須提供冷水；非接觸式密閉真空系統(tǒng)，連接至臥式熬煮鍋，以確保熬煮時(shí)，臥式熬煮鍋

內(nèi)也可抽真空）

*1 set of extractionpump(Type Waukesha, with frequency converter drive)

1套齒輪式卸料泵（含變頻器驅(qū)動和馬達(dá)）
